Do not use NatureHub to:

- Post precise locations of endangered species or sensitive sites that could harm wildlife.
- Harass, stalk, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to harm the platform, circumvent security, or access another user’s account.
5. Intellectual property
NatureHub and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, sell, or redistribute our proprietary content without permission. You retain ownership of what you post.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account. Termination does not remove obligations that survive such as indemnities or dispute resolution clauses.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
NatureHub provides the service "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for direct damages is limited as permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Economic Area. If you are an individual in the EEA, you have rights under local consumer protection laws that are not affected by these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
